Enable the Dark Theme Checkbox

1. Open Chrome on your Android device
2. In the search bar, type in: chrome://flags
3. Once the page loads, tap the search bar on the page
4. Type in Darken websites
5. Tap the Default button to bring up the options
6. Tap enable

How to Apply the Dark Theme to Webpages

While on a webpage, tap the three dot more options button in the top right corner, then tap the checkbox for Dark Theme.

Note that the checkbox to enable the Dark Theme for websites will not appear while your device system is set to Light Theme or Light Mode.
